The subscription covers everything: your website, hosting, updates, support, and ongoing guidance — no upfront fees required, except for large scale custom developments.
The first year covers the build and initial training, so year 2 onwards will drop in price - but the support will remain the same.
After the 12-month minimum term, you're free to cancel or move your site. I can help with migration or handover if needed.
You can use your own domain name (and I'll help set it up). Hosting is best handled by me for performance, security, and maintenance reasons — but I can be flexible.
Yes — but I usually recommend managing it for you.
Self-managed sites can be slower, less secure, and harder to optimise for SEO and design consistency. If you'd prefer to manage your own content, I can build the site using Statamic (a modern alternative to WordPress), but setup takes more time and will come with a slightly higher cost.

I work directly with local businesses and keep my overheads low. You still get top quality results — just without the agency price tag.
Most websites are completed within 2-8 weeks, depending on the size and content. If you have a specific deadline, just let me know — I'll do my best to work around it.
I include on-page SEO with every site — good structure, meta tags & rich snippet data, low load-times etc. For off-page SEO, I can advise and/or recommend trusted partners.
